If verbatim transcription is what you request, then verbatim is what you get. When someone is speaking casually, there’s often far more stuttered, repeated and filler words than you’d expect, but a true verbatim transcript can be very useful for legal interviews or video editing. And if leaving out stuttering or fixing grammar and making sentences more easily understood is what you request, that’s how we’ll transcribe.
